Russians struck a civilian car with a drone in the Kherson region
Russian troops attacked a civilian car with a drone this morning in the Kherson region. Four people, aged 23 to 68, were injured; all were taken to the hospital.
At around 7:00 a.m., Russian occupiers attacked a civilian vehicle on the road between the villages of Nova Kuban and Sahaidachne in the Beryslav district. This was reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration. Four people were injured as a result of the strike. They sustained various injuries and wounds, and all of the victims required medical attention.
What injuries did the victims sustain?
A 23-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds to his head, arms, and legs. A 48-year-old woman sustained leg injuries. A 68-year-old local resident suffered a broken tibia.
Another victim, a 43-year-old man, sustained a head injury. In addition, medical personnel diagnosed all four with concussions, blast injuries, and closed head injuries. The victims are currently in the hospital, where medical staff are providing them with the necessary care. The attack targeted a civilian vehicle traveling on a road between populated areas. Law enforcement and local authorities are documenting the aftermath of the Russian strike, according to the Kherson Regional State Administration.
In the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi District of the Odesa Region, on the night of August 15, Russian drones damaged buildings at a shoe factory. Following the strike, the cafeteria, boiler room, and a vehicle caught fire, and the administrative building was also damaged. According to preliminary reports, no one was injured.
Russian forces carried out 971 strikes on the Zaporizhzhia region over the past 24 hours. Forty-two settlements came under fire, and two people were injured as a result of attacks on the Zaporizhzhia district. There were also 44 reports of damage to homes, vehicles, and infrastructure.
Since the evening, Russian troops have attacked three districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region more than 20 times.
