The Russians carried out an airstrike on a gas station in the Shostka community
On the morning of July 22, Russian troops carried out an airstrike on a gas station in the Shostka community in Sumy Oblast. Emergency and rescue services were on the scene.
This was reported by Shostka Mayor Mykola Noha. According to him, the strike hit a gas station within the community’s territory. Following the attack, rescue workers carried out emergency response operations.
“This morning, the Russian aggressor carried out an airstrike on a gas station in the Shostka territorial community,” the statement reads.
As of now, there have been no reports from residents regarding injuries. Information on the extent of the damage and possible casualties is being verified.
Mykola Noga reported the enemy strike on Facebook.
As a reminder, Russian troops attacked 54 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region over the past 24 hours, carrying out 979 strikes. Three people were killed as a result of the enemy shelling, and another 24 residents were injured.
The Russians struck a residential building in the Kyiv region, injuring five people.
In the Kherson region, one person was killed and 11 others were wounded as a result of Russian strikes.
