Defense forces repelled 227 enemy attacks across various sections of the front over the past 24 hours
Over the past 24 hours, 227 combat engagements were recorded along the front line, during which Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled the Russian forces’ advance.
Defense Forces units continue to inflict significant losses in personnel and equipment on the occupiers while holding their designated positions.
Over the past day, the enemy carried out a massive barrage of fire, launching two missile strikes using three missiles and conducting 78 airstrikes.
As part of this campaign, the invaders dropped 237 guided aerial bombs, deployed 9,618 kamikaze drones, and carried out nearly 3,000 shelling attacks on populated areas and the positions of our troops.
Active combat operations continue in the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, where Ukrainian units repelled fifteen enemy attacks.
Attempts by the invaders to advance were recorded near Vovchansk, Synelnykove, Starytsia, and Vovchanski Khutory, as well as in the direction of Izbytske, Lyman, Okhrimivka, Shevyakivka, and Khatne.
The situation remains tense in the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole sectors, where the enemy has been most active.
In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders repelled 22 attacks, while in the Huliaipole direction, the occupiers carried out 31 assaults in an attempt to break through the defenses in the areas of Verkhnia Tersa, Novoselivka, and Huliaipole.
In the Lyman and Sloviansk sectors, the enemy also continued its attempts to breach Ukrainian defenses.
The occupiers attacked 11 times in the Drobysheve and Lyman areas, and on the Sloviansk sector, they carried out 23 assault attempts near Riznykivka, Zakytne, and Kryva Luka.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, the invaders carried out 22 attacks, attempting to seize new positions in the areas of Ivanopil, Kostiantynivka, and Mykolaipil.
Meanwhile, on the Orikhiv front, Ukrainian troops repelled two enemy attempts to advance toward Shcherbakiv and Bilohirya.
