Defense forces fired four types of missiles at Novorossiysk
Ukrainian forces carried out a successful operation against military and economic targets in Novorossiysk, using “long-range sanctions.” According to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the attack marked the first time there was a coordinated use of “Palyanytsia,” “Peklo,” “Bars,” and “Dovgyi Neptun” missiles, various drones, as well as the unmanned boats “Sargan” and “Mamai.”
As a result of the operation, ships of the Russian Federation’s Black Sea Fleet in Novorossiysk Bay were struck, including the frigates “Admiral Essen” and “Admiral Makarov,” a large landing ship, a corvette, and other vessels. Facilities that were funding Russian aggression were also targeted, after which the military and political leadership identified further priority targets.
