Special Operations Forces have struck two large oil storage facilities belonging to the occupiers in Crimea – video

Units of the Middle-strike Group of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a successful series of strikes against key enemy logistics facilities on the temporarily occupied peninsula on the night of Saturday, June 6.

As a result of precision strikes by drones deep behind enemy lines, the Semikolodezanskaya oil depot in the village of Yedy-Kuyu and the maritime oil terminal in the city of Feodosia were set ablaze.

The military specified that the targeted fuel facilities are located at a considerable distance—200 and 250 kilometers from the current line of contact, respectively.

The Semikolodezanskaya oil depot, located approximately 200 kilometers from the front, is actively used by Russian occupation forces as a strategic transshipment point for the storage and further transportation of fuel oil, diesel fuel, and bitumen. The facility houses fivetanks with capacities ranging from 700 to 3,000 cubic meters, where the invaders regularly load rail tank cars to supply fuel to their troop formations in Crimea and other occupied territories of Ukraine.

Another key target is the multifunctional marine oil terminal in Feodosia, located 250 kilometers from the front line, where seven giant fuel storage tanks with capacities of 10,000 and 20,000 cubic meters are located. This complex serves the occupiers for transshipping petroleum products from rail tank cars to seagoing vessels, and also acts as the main reserve source of fuel supply for the entire peninsula in case of emergencies.

This was reported by the press service of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on its official Telegram channel.

In Russia, drones attacked an oil depot in the Kuban

On the night of June 5, attack drones struck a number of targets in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. In Luhansk, a massive fire broke out at an oil depot following the attack; explosions and strikes were also reported in the Donetsk, Vuhlehirsk, and Mariupol areas.

On June 3 and during the night of June 4, the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck a number of key military targets belonging to the Russian aggressor.
