A trolleybus driver who was injured during the KAB attacks on Sumy has died in the hospital

Vasyl Kryshchop, a 57-year-old trolleybus driver, died in Sumy after sustaining serious injuries in a Russian airstrike involving guided bombs on June 22.

This was reported by the municipal enterprise “Elektroavtotrans” and Oleg Grigorov, head of the Sumy Regional State Administration.

Doctors fought to save his life for several days, but were unable to save him. At the time of the attack, he was near the epicenter of the strike.

Vasyl Kryshchop had worked as a trolleybus driver for over 22 years, ensuring the city’s public transportation system remained operational.
