Water supplies were cut off and trolleybuses stopped running in Sumy due to a widespread power outage
In Sumy, an emergency power outage caused the water supply to be cut off and trolleybus service to be suspended.
A large-scale emergency power outage was also reported in parts of the Sumy region. Utility workers are working to restore power.
