A tax office building in Vyshneve was damaged following an attack by the Russian Federation

As a result of the Russian nighttime strike on Vyshneve in the Kyiv region on July 6, the building housing units of the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in the Kyiv region and the Bucha Tax Inspection’s service center was damaged. The State Tax Service has announced where it will temporarily provide services to citizens.

 

According to Lesya Karnaukh, acting head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, due to the damage to the premises, reception of visitors in Vyshneve has been temporarily suspended. However, citizens can receive the necessary services at any other nearby Taxpayer Service Center (TSC).

Lesya Karnaukh emphasized that the enemy’s strike targeted civilian infrastructure and residential buildings where civilians were staying overnight.

“Unfortunately, the homes of our employees from the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Kyiv Oblast who live in Vyshneve have also been damaged. But the most important thing is that none of our employees were injured,” noted the head of the State Tax Service.

In addition, the head of the State Tax Service expressed her condolences to all those affected by the massive attack on the capital and the region.

“Unfortunately, there are fatalities and injuries. My sincere condolences to everyone who has lost family members and loved ones today. And I wish the injured a speedy recovery,” Karnaukh added.

As a reminder, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on Russia’s massive nighttime attack on Kyiv on July 6, during which the occupiers fired 68 missiles and deployed 351 attack drones. 

During the morning shelling on July 6, Russian terrorists struck the DAO sorting terminal of the “Nova Poshta” company in Dnipro. The strike caused a fire on the premises, which rescue workers quickly extinguished.

The Russians last launched a massive attack on Ukraine on the night of July 2. On that occasion, Russian forces launched 496 UAVs of various types and 74 missiles—including air-, ground-, and sea-based missiles of various types—at Ukraine.
