Keyvitup agency apologizes for nighttime filming in Incheon — Korea Herald
Inkode, the agency representing South Korean boy band Keyvitup, apologized to residents of Incheon, South Korea, over a music video shoot near Jemulpo Wave Market at around 3 a.m. During the filming crew's work, music was played through loudspeakers and smoke effects were used repeatedly.
Residents' complaints
As Korea Herald reports, residents of the area said they had received no advance notice about the shoot, and the production team had not contacted them beforehand about cooperation. One resident, who has lived in the area for 10 years, wrote on Threads that filming crews had worked nearby before, but he had not previously seen them use loudspeakers at night.
In a video recorded by a resident from a distance, workers can be heard using a loudspeaker to instruct the crew to repeat a scene and use the smoke effect once again. According to the publication, filming ended after residents complained to police about the noise.

Agency statement
Inkode said it had taken measures to reduce inconvenience, but due to the late filming time had not sufficiently considered the impact on residents. The company apologized to people disturbed by the crew's work.
Keyvitup consists of three Korean and two Japanese members. The group debuted in April and is preparing for its first comeback in November. The market, built in the 1970s, largely fell into disrepair after shops closed in the 1990s, but its old facades and narrow alleys are used as locations for films, television series and music videos.
