Russian billionaire fights global infertility by fathering 100 children

Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram, has pledged to cover IVF costs for women willing to conceive using his donated sperm. Confirmed biological children will be eligible to inherit a portion of the entrepreneur’s fortune, estimated at around $17 billion.

Durov has set two conditions for women: they must be unmarried and under the age of 37. The initiative has drawn significant attention as a unique example of private capital engaging in the fight against global infertility.

This project could set a new trend in reproductive technology and alter inheritance practices in the future. The coming period will reveal how many women take advantage of the offer and whether the ambitious goals will be met.
