Exness selects 24 participants for internship programme in Cyprus — Cyprus Mail
Fintech company Exness, headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus, has selected 24 young people for its 2026 internship programme. The participants joined teams in various business areas and are gaining practical experience working at an international company, Cyprus Mail reports.

The programme includes young people studying computer science, econometrics and data science, law, economics, aviation management, global business management, fine arts, business and public administration.
Participants said that during the internship they not only observe their colleagues' work but also contribute to real projects. Law student Kalliroi Berou said that the company implemented an idea she had proposed. Anastasia Kisselevits, who studies aviation management, described it as important to contribute to work whose results could be seen by company employees.
Markos Georgiou, a student of econometrics and data science, noted the volume of work assigned to him and the progress in building systems whose development he helped with. Rania Tayfour, who studies computer science, described her experience as inspiring, while Ioanna Antoniou stressed that she quickly became part of the team.

The programme has operated since 2022
Exness has run the internship programme annually since 2022. It lasts eight weeks: interns work in professional teams, take part in real projects, and receive mentorship and support from experienced specialists.
According to the publication, Alexia Harpozi, a business and public administration student, said one of the main takeaways was understanding that asking questions is a strength rather than a weakness. Other participants also spoke about professional and personal development and growing confidence.
Exness said that the programme is intended to create a closer connection between education and employment in Cyprus. Some participants from previous cohorts continued working at the company and later became full-time employees.
