Billionaire Elon Musk may be interested in purchasing a state-of-the-art Miami mansion worth approximately $300 million, which is currently under construction.
This was reported by the New York Post.
According to developer Todd Michael Glazer, an unnamed billionaire recently paid a secret visit to the property. He arrived by helicopter, landed in Biscayne Bay, and reached the shore on a raft. Although the guest’s identity has not been officially confirmed, sources in the real estate market claim that it is indeed Musk.
The property is currently off the market, and viewings have been suspended until construction is complete. The developer noted that a deal can only be finalized once the property is fully ready.
The house is being built on the prestigious North Bay Road, often referred to as Miami’s “Park Avenue.” The project features a modern design with extensive use of glass and a green roof.
Key features include enhanced security and state-of-the-art technology. The building will be situated approximately five meters above the potential flood zone, with structures designed to withstand powerful hurricanes, and a 31-car garage is also planned.
Construction is expected to be completed within the next two years.
