Melania Trump criticized ABC host Jimmy Kimmel

“Kimmel’s hostile and violent rhetoric is aimed at dividing our country. His monologue about my family is not comedy,” Melania wrote. She also stated that the host’s words are “destructive and exacerbate the political sickness in America.”

This apparently refers to Kimmel’s monologue on his late-night show, where the host parodied the upcoming event and joked about the head of the White House. Kimmel expressed dissatisfaction that he wasn’t invited to the event, calling Trump a “shaky drama queen who’s afraid of comedy.” In his speech, the host also addressed Melania Trump, noting that she “glows like a widow in anticipation.”

"People like Kimmel should not be allowed to enter our homes every night spreading hatred. Coward Kimmel hides behind ABC because he knows the network will continue to cover for him and defend him. Enough is enough. It’s time for ABC to take a stand. How many more times will ABC’s leadership condone Kimmel’s behavior at the expense of the community?” the First Lady of the United States said indignantly.
