Russian propagandist Margarita Simonyan stated that she had attempted suicide amid personal tragedies.
She spoke about this in an interview with Russian media.
According to her, the reasons were the death of her husband Tigran Keosayan, as well as her own cancer diagnosis and her child’s serious illness.
Simonyan admitted that she wanted to jump out of a window, but a friend stopped her.
She is currently undergoing treatment, including chemotherapy and radiation therapy, but admits that she is going through a difficult emotional period.
