Russian lawmaker Mikhail Delyagin spoke about his visit to the U.S. Congress
Russian lawmaker Mikhail Delyagin has revealed details of the Russian lawmakers' visit to the U.S. Congress.
This is reported by Russian media.
According to him, preparations for the trip were conducted behind closed doors to “prevent provocations by forces seeking to drag the U.S. into expanding its support for Ukraine.”
Delyagin noted that U.S. congressmen presented the Russian deputies with socks bearing the image of U.S. President Donald Trump, as well as a personal badge from U.S. Representative Anna Paulina Luna.
“Deputy Speaker of the Russian State Duma Boris Chernyshov presented the Americans with a postcard signed by the participants of the ‘Soyuz-Apollo’ flight, which, according to Delyagin, delighted the Americans,” the lawmaker added.

As a reminder, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga began his official visit to France with a meeting with OECD Secretary-General Mathias Cormann.
