At least five people were killed in a shooting in Germany

A shooting occurred in the German city of Stade, located in the federal state of Lower Saxony, leaving at least five people dead. There are also reports of injuries.

According to police, the shooting took place near a youth center in the city center. Law enforcement officials are currently investigating the motives behind the attack.

According to local media, a suspect has already been detained.

Police have urged residents to avoid the area around Dunkerstrasse and to follow law enforcement instructions until the operation is complete.
