Svitlana Loboda sold her mansion in the Moscow region for $11.7 million
Singer Svetlana Loboda sold her luxury mansion, spanning approximately 1,200 square meters, in the Moscow region for 850 million rubles (about $11.7 million). The house is located in the "Knyazhe Ozero" cottage community, 24 km from the Moscow Ring Road along Novorizhskoye Highway.
The three-story residence features furnishings, finishes, four bedrooms, two dining rooms, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a billiard room, and a bar. It also features a well-maintained garden with a gazebo, a guest cottage, staff quarters, a security post, and a garage.
She had been selling it since 2023 and renting it out for 1.3 million rubles a month. In May 2026, the estate was purchased by a Russian oligarch. Loboda currently lives in Riga, according to journalist Vladimir Bondarenko.
