Tex Styles Ghana congratulates new Asantehemaa in Ghana
In Ghana, Tex Styles Ghana Ltd, the producer of the African textile brands GTP and Woodin, paid a courtesy visit to the newly installed Asantehemaa, Nana Yaa Akyaa II, MyJoyOnline reports. The visit took place on Friday, September 11, to congratulate her and convey wishes for a successful reign.
Delegation composition
The delegation was led by the company’s head of sales, Kwesi Biden. It also included Tex Styles Ghana’s regional manager in Kumasi and distributors working in the city.

Cultural heritage
During the meeting, company representatives emphasized the importance of traditional leadership and Ghana’s cultural heritage. Tex Styles Ghana stated that its GTP brand, associated with the production of African textiles, supports efforts to preserve and promote Ghanaian traditions and cultural institutions.
The company also expressed hope that the reign of Nana Yaa Akyaa II would be marked by wisdom, strength, and service to the Asante Kingdom and Ghana.
