The farewell ceremony and funeral service will take place on October 3, 2026, at the Institute of Local Government in Madina. The farewell ceremony will run from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

A private burial is scheduled for October 3, 2026, in Juaben, Ashanti Region. The notice states that Patrick Donkor was also known as Adona-Shaddai.
