Gasoline coupons have disappeared in Crimea amid the fuel crisis
In the temporarily occupied Crimea, the largest gas station chain, "TES," has announced that it is suspending the sale of gasoline vouchers due to a fuel shortage. The company's website states that this service is currently unavailable.
This is being reported by Russian propaganda media.
Against this backdrop, online ads have appeared offering gasoline at significantly inflated prices—ranging from 200 to 350 rubles per liter. Specifically, in Simferopol, a can of AI-95 was being offered for 7,000 rubles, as well as bulk fuel at prices of up to 250–350 rubles per liter.
The day before, Moscow-appointed “head” of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov announced the introduction of AI-95 gasoline sales exclusively by ration cards, as well as restrictions on AI-92—no more than 20 liters per vehicle. Similar restrictions have been introduced in Sevastopol.
The reported causes of the shortage include disruptions in logistics and oil refining, as well as attacks on related infrastructure.
