A fire broke out at the Proton-PM strategic plant in Perm
A fire broke out at the Proton-PM JSC plant in Perm, Russia, which is part of the Russian Federation’s rocket and space industry. Reports currently indicate that a fire has broken out on the plant’s premises.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
Proton-PM JSC is one of the leading companies in Russia’s rocket and space and machine-building industries. The plant specializes in the production of powerful liquid-fuel rocket engines, as well as components for the aerospace and aviation industries.
As a reminder, Ukraine is conducting combat tests of at least four jet interceptors designed to counter Russian jet drones.
