Russian propaganda filmmaker Anna Tits drowned in South Ossetia
Russian director and propagandist Anna Tits, who created content in support of Russian occupation forces, died after falling into a river in South Ossetia.
Her body was found by local rescue workers after a three-day search operation a considerable distance from the site of the incident.
According to available information, the 52-year-old propagandist arrived in the self-proclaimed republic with her film crew.
The main purpose of her visit was to work on her latest propaganda project, “On the Path to Truth and Justice,” dedicated to the war of aggression against Ukraine.
The tragedy occurred during a walk when Anna Tits, accompanied by a companion, was at a civilian infrastructure site. The woman lost her balance and fell from a suspension bridge into the turbulent Velyka Liakhva River.
It is symbolic that this accident occurred the day after the official premiere of her previous film.
