In Poland, a bison knocked down a man who got too close
In Białowieża National Park in Poland, a bison knocked a man to the ground after he got too close to the wild animal. Following the incident, the park urged visitors to exercise caution when encountering wild animals.
According to “European Truth,” citing Onet, an eyewitness described the incident on social media. He said that he and his wife saw a man approach the bison. The animal then charged at him and knocked him to the ground.

Witnesses tried to help the man and shouted for him not to move, as the bison remained nearby. The animal did not leave him until one of the eyewitnesses drove up in a car and distracted it. After that, the bison walked away.
Officials at Belovezhskaya Pushcha National Park stated that the bison did not attack without reason but was defending itself because the man had violated the safe distance. Experts advise maintaining a distance of at least 50 meters when encountering bison, avoiding taking close-up photos of the animals, and not attracting them with food.
