Russia has announced that it is testing artillery shells on humans
The Russian Ministry of Defense’s Research Institute of Military Medicine (GNI VM MO) allegedly conducted research on artillery munitions using human subjects.
This information was published by a Russian media outlet, citing its own sources and materials.
According to this data, the tests were conducted on volunteers from among military personnel and were intended to determine the parameters of the munitions, which, it is claimed, are necessary to assess their effectiveness against enemy personnel. It is also noted that since 2015, this institute has allegedly become the only institution of the Russian Ministry of Defense authorized to conduct research involving human subjects.
At a specially equipped testing ground, experimental sites were created that simulated fortifications and elements of military equipment. During these tests, according to the publication’s sources, volunteers’ cardiovascular and nervous system readings were recorded, biological samples were taken, and the impact of damaging factors was analyzed depending on the firing range of 122- and 300-mm artillery systems.
Fraud involving a hemp-based "invisibility fabric" project was uncovered in Russia.
The fraudsters set a historic record for the number of thefts from Russian bank accounts.
As a reminder, in Sumy, fraudsters stole nearly ₴5 million from a medical facility by carrying out a cyberattack.
Fraudsters are also sending out fake emails from a real Microsoft address.
