In the U.S., a man rammed his house with an excavator after his wife decided to divorce him
In Pennsylvania, a 48-year-old man rammed his own house with an excavator after his wife told him she intended to file for divorce.
According to the investigation, the day before, he had threatened his wife that he would destroy their home if she decided to end the marriage. At the time of the attack, his wife and two daughters were inside the house.
The man got behind the wheel of the construction equipment and drove it into the house, causing significant damage to the structure. Despite the severity of the incident, the woman and children were unharmed.
After the incident, he briefly returned to the house, grabbed a gym bag, and fled to another city.
Law enforcement officers arrested the suspect that same day. He was charged with several counts.
The man is currently being held in Butler County Jail. The court set bail at $10,000.
