Video: Only ruins remain at the site of one of Wildberries' largest hubs in Russia
Footage has appeared on social media showing what remains of what was once one of Wildberries’ largest hubs in Russia.
It is reported that the fire at the warehouses in Elektrostal, near Moscow, has been almost contained. The warehouse facilities, which covered an area of 250,000 square meters, have been completely destroyed.
As a reminder, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed the strikes on the Russian Wildberries logistics center on July 18. He added that this hub was used to supply components for UAVs.
A cloud of smoke from the burning Wildberries warehouses and an oil depot blanketed the Moscow region.
On the night of July 18, Ukrainian UAVs attacked the Russian Wildberries logistics center in Elektrostal, near Moscow, and in the Tomsk region.
Reports have emerged that, prior to the attack by Ukrainian drones, the company changed its rules for compensating customers for losses. Wildberries will not issue any refunds for goods destroyed in the fires at its warehouses.
