Media outlets have shown U.S. strikes on Iran's air defense systems

The American television network Fox News has released a video showing U.S. military strikes on Iranian defense systems.

Fox News reports this.

The operation is called "Epic Fury," and according to the network, it is targeting key elements of Iran's air and missile defense systems.

The report emphasizes that the released footage demonstrates “undeniable progress” in the war against Iran.

Admiral Brad Cooper, commander of U.S. Central Command, stated that Iranian forces have suffered significant losses.

According to him, “we don’t see their fleet sailing, we don’t see their planes flying, and their air and missile defense systems have been largely destroyed.”

He also emphasized that the operation is aimed at weakening Iran’s military capabilities and reducing its ability to conduct combat operations.

The release of this footage comes amid an escalation of the conflict in the Middle East, where the U.S. and its allies continue military operations against Iranian forces.

U.S. President Donald Trump announced that he had received a request from the new leader of the Iranian regime asking for a ceasefire. Trump is willing to consider such a possibility only on the condition that the Strait of Hormuz is fully opened for the free and safe passage of ships.

As a reminder, the IRGC announced the closure of the Strait of Hormuz and is threatening a “harsh response” to ships.

The Strait of Hormuz could also become the “Trump Strait.”
