Insiders have learned that Meghan wants at least nine bedrooms and a movie studio in the new home. Prince Harry has more specific requirements regarding the surrounding area: plenty of land and no footpaths crossing the property, to protect the family’s privacy.
“They dream of living in the English countryside. This will be the first time Harry lives in the UK as a private citizen, from whom no one has the right to make any demands,” a source told reporters.

Upon their return to Britain, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, along with their children and dogs, have settled for an indefinite period in a guest house on the estate of an extremely wealthy friend on the outskirts of the Cotswolds. It is reported that their seven-year-old son Archie and five-year-old Lilibet are set to start attending a nearby preparatory school as early as this week.
There have been rumors that the couple allegedly agreed to purchase a luxurious home for $16.2 million, but sources claim that no such deal has been finalized yet. Moreover, there are many options on the local real estate market, and the Sussexes have a massive budget at their disposal.
Sources familiar with the matter said the couple has already hired an agent to search for a property. However, they have not yet viewed any properties in person, and the range of options that suit them is so vast that determining whether they meet the Sussexes’ requirements is only possible during an in-person inspection, according to the Daily Mail.
