How McCarthy Lost Weight

It is known that to lose weight, the star changed her diet: she began eating more protein-rich foods, vegetables, and fruits. McCarthy also started exercising.

Moreover, the actress gave up strict diets. Previously, she had been on a very strict diet under medical supervision and lost nearly 32 kilograms in four months. However, McCarthy later described that experience as exhausting. In her opinion, gradual changes and reducing stress around food yielded better results than constant restrictions.
