Olena Zelenska Showed Off Her Elegant Outfits During Her Visit to New York

Olena Zelenska arrived in the U.S. with Volodymyr Zelenskyy as part of a diplomatic week. In New York, the first lady held a series of meetings and showcased several stylish outfits.

 

In New York, Olena Zelenska met with Marie-France van Hil, the wife of Andy Burnham, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

At the meeting, the First Lady appeared in a understated outfit in pastel tones. She chose black pants and a blouse paired with a light-colored checkered blazer, as well as patent leather heels. Olena Zelenska’s look was complemented by gold earrings and a tasseled brooch. It’s worth noting that Olena Zelenska later attended other meetings in this same outfit. 

“We hadn’t met in person yet, but she had already sent me a very warm letter when her husband visited Ukraine this summer. And now it’s a wonderful opportunity to meet in New York during the events marking the 81st session of the UN General Assembly,” the First Lady wrote in her post.

Earlier, Olena Zelenska appeared on the cover of ELLE Lithuania.

Ukraine’s First Lady Olena Zelenska also accessorized her look with a handmade piece from the Ukrainian brand Gunia Project.

As a reminder, First Lady Olena Zelenska presented the “Global Dictionary of Resilience,” which brings together the experiences of 38 countries and concepts that, according to the project’s authors, help societies weather crises and upheavals.
