AOZ has signed a contract to supply 2,300 pickup trucks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Between June 15 and 18, the Defense Procurement Agency signed contracts to supply 2,300 pickup trucks for the Ukrainian military. The total cost of the procurement is 2.35 billion hryvnia.
This was reported on the “Prozorro” electronic procurement system.
Under the agreements, 2,300 pickup trucks with various configurations were ordered to meet the needs of the defense sector.
Specifically, the procurement includes the delivery of 1,000 pickup trucks without winches at a price of 991.44 thousand UAH per unit (including VAT), 600 vehicles without winches at 982.56 thousand UAH each, and another 300 units without winches at 973.68 thousand UAH each.
A separate contract was signed for 400 pickup trucks with winches. The cost of one such vehicle is 1.19 million UAH, including VAT.
In addition, another 1,900 pickup trucks without winches are awaiting the signing of the relevant contracts.
