The State Property Fund of Ukraine is preparing to sell the estate of former Education Minister Tabachnik in Kozin
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has begun preparations to sell a house in the village of Kozin, Kyiv Oblast, which previously belonged to the family of Dmytro Tabachnyk, the former Minister of Education during Viktor Yanukovych’s presidency.
This was reported by the SPFU press service.
The property consists of a residential house with an area of over 670 square meters and land plots with a total area of over 0.67 hectares. The property is located in a prestigious suburb of Kyiv.
“Dmytro Natalukha, Head of the State Property Fund, inspected another sanctioned property. This involves a residential house and land plots that belonged to the family of former high-ranking official Dmytro Tabachnyk, against whom sanctions were imposed in accordance with a decision by the High Anti-Corruption Court,” the statement reads.
Currently, the property has already been transferred to state ownership and is under the management of the State Property Fund. The SPFU has begun procedures to prepare for the sale of the asset through open auctions.
In the coming months, the plan is to conduct an inventory, an independent appraisal of the property, and to determine the starting price and terms of sale.
The State Property Fund emphasizes that the sale of such properties will take place through transparent electronic bidding mechanisms.
Over the next six months, the State Property Fund of Ukraine plans to put at least four large-scale privatization assets up for sale.
As a reminder, the SPFU collected nearly UAH 9.5 billion from sanctioned assets in 2025.
The SPFU has also put the Orion Research Institute in Kyiv up for privatization.
