Navrotsky delays decision to strip Zelensky of the Order
Polish President Karol Nawrocki will decide on the possible revocation of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s Order of the White Eagle at the appropriate time. The Chapter of this order has already convened to consider this matter and presented its proposals and conclusions to the Polish leader, who personally participated in the meeting.
This was stated by Polish Presidential Spokesperson Rafal Leskiewicz. The initiative concerns the possible revocation of the award previously bestowed upon the Ukrainian president. According to Leskiewicz, the advisory body has completed its review and submitted its findings to the head of state for further analysis and a final decision.

Former Polish President Andrzej Duda commented on the discussions surrounding the possible revocation of the Order of the White Eagle—Poland’s highest state award—from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski proposed reviewing the list of recipients of the Order of the White Eagle, noting that Catherine II and Benito Mussolini have been awarded it in the past.
