On June 20, Russian drones attacked the Kyiv region

On June 20, the Kyiv region came under attack by Russian strike drones. In the Boryspil district, the enemy attack caused fires in warehouse facilities, and one man was injured. Emergency services are working to address the aftermath of the strike.

In the Boryspil district, a fire broke out in warehouse facilities as a result of the enemy attack. Rescuers have already contained the blaze. All emergency services continue to work to address the aftermath of the attack, local authorities reported.

Unfortunately, there is one casualty. A 40-year-old man suffering from smoke inhalation has been hospitalized at a local hospital. Medical personnel are providing him with all necessary care.

“The enemy is once again trying to intimidate us and harm civilians. I urge everyone: do not ignore air raid sirens. Stay in safe places until the all-clear is given,” emphasized Mykola Kalashnyk, the head of the region.

On the night of June 20, the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out strikes on a number of Russian military targets. Among the targets was a bridge near Henichesk, which the occupiers use to transport equipment and resupply their troops between occupied Crimea and the southern front.

In Taganrog, Russia, a power substation that supplied electricity to the “Atlant-Aero” defense enterprise was damaged. As a result, production lines involved in the manufacture of drones were disrupted.

In the temporarily occupied Crimea, fires broke out at a number of energy and infrastructure facilities following a nighttime attack. In particular, there are reports of fires at the Tavriya Thermal Power Plant and gas facilities in various regions of the peninsula.
