The U.S. has lifted sanctions against Belinvestbank, the Development Bank, and the Ministry of Finance of Belarus
John Cole announced that the United States has lifted sanctions against Belinvestbank, the Development Bank of Belarus, and the Belarusian Ministry of Finance. The Belarusian Potash Company and Belaruskali have also been removed from all sanctions lists.
It is worth noting that on March 19, Alexander Lukashenko met with U.S. Special Envoy for Belarus John Cole at the Palace of Independence. During the talks, Lukashenko stated that Minsk was ready to comply with agreements with the U.S. regarding political prisoners.
Belarus has begun military exercises near the Polish border.
As a reminder, Belarus will treat Russian soldiers at its health resorts.
Russia is also using Belarus to carry out provocations against NATO.
