A 265-meter tunnel leading to the United States has been discovered in Mexico

In the Mexican city of Tijuana, police discovered an unknown underground passage during a raid on a house. According to preliminary reports, the tunnel, which is approximately 265 meters long, leads across the border to the Otay Mesa area in California, USA.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Investigations Division confirmed to NBC 7 that special agents in San Diego are conducting an operation involving a cross-border underground tunnel.

Law enforcement also seized ammunition, cell phones, bank cards, and dozens of packages of methamphetamine from the searched residence.

Mexican authorities believe the facility may have been used as a logistics hub for transporting drugs, weapons, and explosives.

Mexico will not join Trump’s Peace Council.

We previously reported that the recent discovery of two skeletons mutilated in the same manner suggests that limb amputation was used as a punishment during the Eastern Zhou Dynasty in China, over 2,000 years ago.

We also recall that during excavations in the ancient city of Laodicea in the Turkish province of Denizli, which is included on the preliminary list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, a statue of Asclepius, the god of medicine in Greek and Roman mythology, and the head of a statue of his daughter Hygieia were discovered.
