In Poland, a man beat up a fellow countryman after mistaking him for a Ukrainian
In the Polish city of Łódź, a man brutally beat a passerby after mistakenly believing him to be a Ukrainian citizen. During the attack, he shouted that “foreigners have no place in Poland.”
It later turned out that the victim was an ethnic Pole. As a result of the beating, he suffered a broken nose and jaw and was hospitalized.
After the incident, the man filed a report with the police. Law enforcement is searching for the attacker. In addition to being charged with causing serious bodily injury, he may also be charged with inciting interethnic hostility.

Poland has launched the official process of establishing a permanent U.S. military base on its territory. The government has already adopted a resolution to this effect, and the defense minister has been authorized to negotiate with the U.S. side and prepare the necessary infrastructure.
