The Ukrainian futsal team secured a convincing victory over Hungary in the semifinals of the European Championship, which is being held in Bratislava. The Ukrainians won 5–1 and advanced to the final of the continental championship for the first time in history.
The Ukrainians will compete for the "gold" of the 2026 continental championship against the winner of the match between Serbia and world champion Azerbaijan.
As a reminder, the final of the 27th European Futsal Championship will take place on June 4.
