In Odessa, children were injured and high-rise buildings were damaged in a Russian attack

Two residential buildings were damaged as a result of a massive nighttime attack by Russian forces on Odesa. Three people were injured, including two children.

A woman and two children, aged eight and ten, required medical attention. All were diagnosed with acute stress reaction.

In one of the apartment buildings, the strike destroyed a balcony on the 11th floor. The building’s facade, windows, and residents’ property were also damaged.

At another address, the enemy attack caused a fire in an apartment. The fire engulfed the apartment, which sustained partial damage.

Operational headquarters, rescue workers, utility services, and other emergency units are on site, addressing the aftermath of the shelling.

Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration, reported that owners of damaged homes are being advised on how to obtain compensation for the damages. This includes both payments from the city budget and assistance under the state program “eRecovery.”

This was reported by Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops carried out 817 strikes on 46 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. Ten people were injured as a result of attacks on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district. Emergency services are working on the ground, and the full extent of the shelling is being assessed.

On the evening of June 9, Russian troops launched a drone attack on Kharkiv. Several explosions were heard in the city, and hits were recorded in various districts.

Mykolaiv came under attack again by Russian drones, which struck the city and the region. An administrative building was damaged in the shelling, but there were no casualties. The enemy also repeatedly attacked communities in the region with FPV drones and artillery.

The Zaporizhzhia region endured one of the most intense attacks in recent times, as Russian troops launched hundreds of strikes on dozens of settlements. One man was killed and two others were wounded as a result of the shelling. Both frontline communities and areas further inland came under fire.
