A missile alert has been issued in the Moscow Region, and reports have surfaced on social media about a fire near the Kapotnya oil refinery in Moscow. There is currently no official confirmation of the cause of the fire, though photos and videos from the scene are being shared online.
The Telegram channel Astra reported this on Friday, July 10.
The channel noted that the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry’s alert system warned of possible disruptions to mobile internet service and urged residents to stay home, stay away from windows, or seek shelter.
Meanwhile, the Telegram channel Exilenova+ reported a fire in the area of the Kapotnya oil refinery in Moscow. This information has not yet been officially confirmed.
