Russian drones damaged a house and a medical facility in Kyiv
Russian drones attacked Kyiv, damaging civilian facilities in several districts of the capital. In the Shevchenkivskyi district, a six-story residential building caught fire and was partially destroyed; a medical facility was also damaged. In the Holosiivskyi district, a fire broke out on the grounds of an educational institution.
Russian forces struck Kyiv during another drone attack. The most extensive damage was reported in the Shevchenkivskyi district. According to Klitschko, a six-story residential building caught fire there after being hit by a Russian drone.
The mayor later clarified that part of the building had been destroyed. “In the Shevchenkivskyi district, a fire broke out in a six-story residential building after it was struck by a drone,” Klitschko said.
A fire also broke out in a three-story building near this residence. Additionally, according to the Kyiv City Military Administration, a medical facility in the Shevchenkivskyi district was damaged. Another consequence of the attack was reported in the Holosiivskyi district. A fire broke out on the grounds of an educational institution there.
