The Kyiv City Council approved a 3 billion hryvnia capital injection for Kyivmiskbud
On September 3, the Kyiv City Council approved an increase in the authorized capital of “Kyivmiskbud” by up to 3 billion hryvnias. Sixty-seven council members voted in favor of the resolution.
The recapitalization will be carried out through an additional issuance of shares, while Kyiv’s stake will remain unchanged—the city owns 99.87% of the company’s shares.
The Kyiv City Council noted that the amount of funding was determined in accordance with Kyivmiskbud’s financial plan for 2026–2028. The funds are intended to ensure the company’s stable operation and the continuation of construction in 2027–2028.
Currently, Kyivmiskbud’s construction portfolio includes 24 residential complexes at various stages of completion, including projects transferred from the Ukrbud Corporation for completion.

The Kyiv City Council has decided to halt traffic for 60 seconds every day at 9:00 a.m. during the nationwide minute of silence to honor the memory of those who died.
On September 3, a temporary bus route No. 1-M began operating in the capital, connecting the “Palats Sportu” and “Lisova” metro stations. The route runs along the surface section of the Svyatoshynsko-Brovarska metro line to provide additional transportation links between the city’s right and left banks.
