ENHYPEN is preparing to release its eighth mini-album with a six-member lineup

The South Korean group ENHYPEN is preparing to release its eighth mini-album, *The Sin: Bliss*, which will be the group’s first release as a six-member lineup following the departure of Heeseung, now known as Evan. The 10-track album is scheduled for release on Friday, according to The Korea Herald.

At a press conference in Seoul on August 20, group leader Jeongwon stated that the lineup change did not alter ENHYPEN’s core approach to working on the release. He said the members focused on the quality of the recording and their performances. He also noted that two or three days after the lineup change, the group performed in Australia and then continued working on the album.

The mini-album’s lead track will be “Bloody Paradise”—a dance track in the Brazilian funk genre. The song is about finding paradise alongside a loved one, even when the couple is being pursued. For most ENHYPEN members, this is their first experience working in this genre. Seon-hoon previously experimented with Brazilian funk in his solo remix of “Knife,” the title track of the group’s seventh mini-album.

Jay called the new album the strongest in ENHYPEN’s career and said that all six members unanimously praised the music, performances, and content related to the release. The concept of *The Sin: Bliss* continues the story from the previous album: a couple who run away after breaking a ban, overcome difficulties, and realize that being together is a blessing.

Jeongwon also mentioned that there have been no specific discussions yet regarding the renewal of the members’ contracts.
