Olga Freimut spoke about the difficulties of life as an emigrant in London
Ukrainian TV host Olga Freimut admitted that life in exile has been exhausting for her. According to the host, since moving to the United Kingdom, she has had to juggle work, household chores, and caring for her family all on her own.
Freimut noted that before the full-scale war, she hardly had to worry about household chores because she had helpers. Now, however, she simultaneously handles work matters, prepares meals, and cleans the house.
The TV host also explained that she doesn’t use cleaning services in London. She said it’s not about the cost of such services, but rather that she feels uncomfortable inviting a cleaner into her small apartment.
Despite the challenges, Freimut says she loves London and continues to settle into life in the United Kingdom.
