tuu was performed and written by Bilal Khalid and Zain-ul-Aabdin. Both musicians also contributed to the lyrics together with Sufiyan Ahmed and Salal Ahmed. The track was produced by Seventean.
According to Dawn's description, the song is dedicated to longing for love and assuring a loved one of a readiness to be there if they dare to enter into a relationship. The chorus features the Sindhi phrase “Tu munjhi ahain,” which the publication translates as “you are mine.”
