Cyprus Stock Exchange to remove ProsperTree from Emerging Companies Market
The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) will remove ProsperTree PLC from the Emerging Companies Market on September 14, 2026, following the suspension of trading in the company’s shares. Cyprus Mail reports.
Notice to investors
The CSE informed investors of this change on Friday. In its announcement, the exchange referred to Rule 4.1 of the Basic Rules for Index Management and Calculation.

Index changes
Rule 4.1 covers the suspension of shares in a company included in an index. As a result, ProsperTree shares will be removed from the relevant ECM index.
Thus, the CSE announcement provides for two related changes: the exclusion of ProsperTree PLC from the ECM and the removal of its shares from the relevant index of that market. Both changes, according to the exchange’s announcement, are to take place on September 14, 2026.
