Swiss and German police, supported by Europol, have shut down the Cryptomixer cryptocurrency mixer suspected of facilitating money laundering and cybercrime.

As part of Operation Olympia, the service’s domain was disabled, three servers were seized, and approximately 24 million euros in BTC were confiscated. Investigators state that since 2016, over 1.3 billion euros have been laundered through this platform.
This operation marks a significant step in combating financial crimes in cyberspace and highlights the effectiveness of international law enforcement cooperation. Similar investigations are expected to continue in the future.
