The State Property Fund of Ukraine is reselling the confiscated office of propagandist Lebedev in Kyiv
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced a repeat online auction on the Prozorro.Sales platform for the sale of nationalized real estate in the center of the capital that belonged to Russian propagandist Artemiy Lebedev.
The auction will take place on October 8, 2026, with a starting price of 14,149,700 UAH. The sale process was restarted because previous attempts did not result in a deal: the first auction failed to attract any participants, and the winner of the repeat auction was disqualified because the documentation package did not comply with legal requirements.
The subject of the auction is a two-level space with an area of 193.2 square meters on Saksahanskoho Street, where the propagandist’s studio’s Kyiv office was located. The property, forfeited to the state pursuant to a ruling by the High Anti-Corruption Court, is fully equipped for office use. The proceeds from the sale will be directed to the Fund for Eliminating the Consequences of Armed Aggression.
