The brand’s history in the restaurant
The restaurant features a “history wall” introducing visitors to the brand’s origins and its approach to preparing chicken. The display tells the story of Kyochon’s development from an approximately 33-square-meter outlet opened in 1991 into a chain with more than 1,400 locations worldwide. It also shows the brand’s distinctive method of applying sauce to fried chicken by hand with a brush.
In addition to China, Kyochon operates international businesses in 15 countries, including the United States, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates.
