JPMorgan reshuffles European leadership after top executive relocates to New York

JPMorgan has announced a leadership change in its European division following Filippo Gori’s relocation to New York. His responsibilities across the region will now be shared by Conor Hillery in London and Matthieu Wiltz in Paris, who will co-lead the bank’s Europe, Middle East, and Africa operations.

Despite the move, Gori will continue to serve as co-head of JPMorgan’s global banking business. The decision aims to enhance regional management and maintain strong coordination between the bank’s teams across multiple continents.

This reshuffle is part of JPMorgan’s ongoing leadership restructuring effort, which seeks to strengthen global strategy execution and groom the next generation of executives — a process viewed as preparation for an eventual succession to long-serving CEO Jamie Dimon.
